Thank you for all the great pictures of Pumpkin! She looks very happy there. We love the Red Dog Inn who has taken care of our rescue Pumpkin since February when we only had her for one month. She was very timid, no social dog or people skills at all. She would not walk on leash and they even carried her outside! She has progressed so much since January when we brought her home. The Red Dog Inn has helped my family immensely! They group dogs according to age, size, and temperament. I normally do not write this kind of testimonial, but I had to send something as a result of my past experiences with the Red Dog Inn.

First and foremost, your staff at the counter is first rate. Specifically, Tyna, Michelle, and the younger girl who I did not get her name were first rate with receiving Lilly, as well as getting her back to me.

As a result of coming to you for a number of times over the years, when we pulled into the parking lot, Lilly not only knew where we were, but also could not get out of the car fast enough knowing where she was, but also knowing where she was going.

She was excited about the premise of great play, great care, and more importantly, the grooming she was about to receive. After my last few visits, we have affectionately called a visit to Red Dog as her ‘Spa Day’, and it shows. I was explaining the premise of the ‘Red Dog’ experience to a group of friends of mine who are also dog owners, breeders, and fellow English Lab owners, and the compliments have not stopped. She always comes back happy, well groomed, and ‘Wow, she looks awesome’.

Again, I normally do not send an email of this type, but it was necessary to make sure that the entire team at Red Dog knows that they are doing an exemplary job in making sure our dogs (like family) are properly taken care of in the instance when they cannot be with us. Well done

We love Red Dog Inn. We feel like family. Our Goldendoodle loves the staff. She is so excited when we pull into the driveway. From the front desk staff, especially Meredith, who Bailey needs to say goodbye to each time we leave. Marcy and Katlyn who greet us early in the morning and always takes time for a quick chat. Heather, who always gives Bailey a quick goodbye pat. Grandma and Patti who always takes the time to ask about our goofy girl when she not coming in. There are so many people behind the scenes who we don’t see daily, but take amazing care of Bailey. Last but not least our wonderful groomer Kerry who not only has an amazing playmate for Bailey but to the only person who’s allowed to give Bailey an amazing grooming. We receive so many compliments after she’s been groomed. Thank you to all at Red Dog Inn we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our love Bailey.

My dogs, Suki and Noelle are very different from each other. Suki loves to play and Noelle is a "loner", but they both love Red Dog Inn equally as much! They literally try to get out of the car before it comes to a full stop to get to the front door of Red Dog. They have gone to other doggie daycare places, but they do not show the enthusiasm they do when we are going to Red Dog Inn. They start to whine and run back and forth in the back seat in anticipation of arriving there. I only wish we lived closer! It's a 30-minute ride, but totally worth it!

Winston and Shadow spend 2-3 days a week at Red Dog daycare. When we adopted Winston as a rescue, he had no experience socializing with other dogs. His experience at Red Dog changed that. He is happy and playful with other dogs now. We trust Red Dog for daycare, boarding and grooming. Without exception, the staff is skilled, professional and caring. When it comes to our dogs, we want the best and we get it at Red Dog.

Eli has been going to daycare at Red Dog Inn and Resort twice a week and is loving it! He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. He runs right to the door! Beyond happy with our visit this morning at Red Dog Inn to have our dog Benny groomed. Everyone was so friendly and caring from the second we walked in the door. Our 12-year old Golden Retriever came to us at thirteen weeks as a high maintenance special needs puppy. Needing to put a new roof on the house, we turned to the Red Dog Inn’s doggie day care program for the length of the project. Maggie had already been diagnosed with congenital bilateral hip dysplasia, so it was imperative we find care givers who would understand and cater to her special needs.

Among other issues, Maggie also had a condition which made her susceptible to recurring urinary tract infections. Hygiene at home alone was not sufficient. Patti at the Red Dog recommended an added grooming procedure she called a ‘Sani’ which was to shave the underbelly and surrounds to more easily maintain a clean area. Having Maggie groomed, including the ‘Sani’ every four weeks has resolved this medical issue.

Patti has gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure the safety and well being of her staff, and clients (both dogs & their people) with additional cleaning and social distancing, in car pickup, pay by phone, separate rooms for bathing and grooming etc.

It is heartwarming when we go over to the Red Dog to note how happy Maggie is to be with her care givers there, and see that the love is mutual.

Additionally, I should mention that Maggie has now lost sight in both eyes due to glaucoma. My husband and I would not trust anyone other than Patti and the Red Dog staff with our furry friend’s special care.
